At Renewable Energy Matters, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from renewable technologies. were proud to install the Solar PV panels on properties owned by the Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association (CRE).
These panels will save residents a huge amount of money on their energy bills, helping to alleviate fuel poverty and helping CRE themselves to meet their EEsshh requirements.
This was an incredibly competitive tender in 2016 and we were delighted to win it.
CRE manage a huge range of different properties from modern homes to traditional listed cottages with slate roofs. We assisted CRE with their DNO applications and designed bespoke solutions to meet the needs of any property with unique requirements.
Before installation began in earnest, we completed work on a pilot house to allow the Clerk of Works to review the standard of work and an initial standard was agreed upon. All work, thereafter, met this quality standard have been no ongoing issues or return visits required since.
We go above and beyond for each and every client at Renewable Energy Matter and when we were unable to reach all CRE tenants by phone we tried text message, and then visiting the properties in-person outside normal working hours.
Working with the project manager we made sure that all tenant concerns were resolved during the survey process which included the production of detailed documentation outlining the electrical installation, the cable routes roof structure, and tile type.
Wherever possible, we completed our installations at weekends or in the evenings to fit the tenants’4 work schedules, and managed to maintain an impressive average of 2-4 installations per day.
To ensure the Solar PV systems continue to operate effectively post installation checks were conducted and a client satisfaction survey completed, with the site manager overseeing all operations.
